Shipping and Taxes
Regular shipping is through the US Postal Service. We use First Class mail, apply Insurance, and request a Return Receipt. We do not charge any extra for regular mail service in the US.
Express Mail or overnight service is available through Federal Express. There is a charge for this service and the insurance will be calculated when this option has been selected in the check-out section of the website.If you have questions please contact Customer Service for details.
For Overseas shipping there is a charge of $30 for normal delivery and an additional charge based on the value of the item purchased for Federal Express service. Please call or email our Customer Service office for details.
Sales tax will be charged to California residents and that is 7.25%
Return Policy
English Imports offers you a ten day money-back guarantee period to ensure your complete satisfaction with the diamond bracelet.
In the event you wish to return your order for any reason (including exchange), contact us within seven days and follow the procedure below:
Note:The items and all paperwork must be returned within 10 days from the date you originally received the package for full credit.
1. Contact customer service at DiamondBracelet.com (via phone, email, or fax) for a confirmation code.
2. Ship only via the US Postal Service by Registered mail with a return receipt.
3. Insure the shipment for the value of the full purchase price.
If you return ship your purchase and it is postmarked on or before 10 days from the date you received and signed for the English Imports package, you will receive a refund check for the full amount minus a $20 shipping charge.
Restocking Charge
English Imports assesses a 3% restocking charge for returned items after the ten day period. This amount is applied towards the shipping costs as well as the fees incurred to have the items independently appraised. This is a necessary and legal step to ensure that the diamond or diamonds you have returned are the same diamond or diamonds we shipped to you. After this verification has been completed, we will issue your refund. *There is no restocking charge for exchanges.
Notice:
Every Diamond Bracelet from our shop is carefully documented before it is shipped. Therefore please note that a refund will be issued only after an independent licensed Graduate Gemologist inspects the diamonds and determines that they are identical to what we shipped to you.
Exchange Policy
Upon receiving and signing for your bracelet, you have ten (10) days to examine your DiamondBracelet.com order. If what you received is not what you are looking for and you would like a larger or a smaller Tennis bracelet simply return the bracelet back to us carefully following all the instructions as outlined in the return policy. In the case of exchanges a shipping and handling fee of $20 will apply.
Also, at any time after receiving your bracelet you feel that you would like to trade up to a larger/better one please contact us via phone at 888-579-8964 regarding this. We will be happy to credit you the price you paid for your bracelet minus the metal cost and minus shipping charges, towards the new one.
